I’ve built my career on developing a deep understanding of operations within both the contract furniture and flooring industries, and that experience now shapes the work I do every day at Wattrus Group. Here, I focus on bringing structure to complex projects, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring every job is delivered to the highest standard. Creating an environment where our teams can do their best work—and where quality and consistency always come first—is a core part of my role.

At Wattrus Group, I believe in leading from the front. I work closely with the Flooring Midlands team, make informed and thoughtful decisions, and stay aligned with both the finer details and the broader commercial strategy. My approach is commercially focused, people-centred, and grounded in ensuring that strategy and practicality work seamlessly together across the group.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my daughter and friends, getting lost in a great fantasy book, or exploring the latest trends in shopping and fashion—a perfect counterbalance to the fast-paced world of operations at Wattrus Group.
