As Operations Director at Wattrus, I am responsible for the heartbeat of our internal operations. My work centres on strengthening processes, solving complex challenges, and introducing new initiatives that support both our people and our mission. With the company’s growth, clear, effective internal processes are key to ensuring we can scale successfully while maintaining excellence and consistency in everything we do. I thrive on creating structure and clarity but also enjoy tackling the unexpected and finding innovative solutions that keep us moving forward. 

My leadership style is team-oriented at its core. I believe the best outcomes come when people feel genuinely valued, trusted, and supported. I work to create an environment where collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect are the standard— when individuals thrive, the whole team succeeds. 



Before joining Wattrus, I spent 25 years in education, guiding and inspiring young people. Whether in a classroom or an operations role, my goal has always been to empower others to achieve their potential and to build systems that make lasting impact. I still strive to make a difference through voluntary work with the judiciary system, where I support young people in meaningful ways. 

Outside of work, I enjoy getting lost in a good thriller or romance novel and exploring the world—whether it’s skiing in the mountains, relaxing on a beach, or discovering a new city. I also love spending time with friends over a nice meal and, above all, cherishing time with the family. And as a bit of a fun personal quirk, I’m a devoted Gary Barlow fan!
